French Evaluation

On, Friday 11th room 16 and 17 had a French cafe experience in our School hall. It was organised by our French teacher Kate O’brien. We have been learning the ways of the French culture for the past 10 weeks, once a week on a Friday and last week was our last day!

The lay out was amazing as I walked into the hall and listening to the french music which I thought was great. There was a long table in the corner of the room, with a cloth hanging over the top and of course on the long table was the food presented lovely also with flowers. The type of food that we had in the French cafe were baguettes, croissants, crepes and hot chocolate and everyone had to bring their own cutlery to the French Cafe.

The food sounded “YUM!”

Once I had finished getting my food with Kaytlyn and Alice, other girls had put two tables together so we can all sit together at one table. We sat down at the table and eating our food. We chatted about how delicious the food was and laughed.

I had an amazing time, the food was so delectable and I enjoyed the crepe with sugar and lemon on top and I have never tasted them or even heard about them!
